I am an international executive leading technology, operations, and large-scale transformation in regulated environments. My work focuses on translating business priorities into scalable platforms, operating models, and measurable outcomes, with clear accountability for execution and people.

With more than 20 years of experience across banking and insurance, I have led organizations through platform scaling, post-M&A integration, and AI-enabled transformation, operating at the intersection of technology, operations, regulation, and leadership.

Today, as Chief Operating & Technology Officer at Solvd Group (Allianz Group), I am responsible for enterprise-scale platforms and operations across multiple markets,  ensuring that transformation holds under complexity, regulation, and growth.
